Abstract
Turner’s Syndrome, an association of webbing of the neck, low posterior hair line margin cubitus valgus & infantilism, is well recognized. However much less attention has been paid to a condition occurring in infancy characterized by a symmetrical webbing of the neck & lymphangiectatic oedema of the extremities as well as other features.
