Abstract

A 19-year-old, single girl was admitted to this department with urinary retention as a complication from a large vaginal stone. This stone had formed around a baby bottle teat. She gave a vague history of foreign body insertion during childhood. The stone was removed by breaking it up into small parts using a drill.
