Abstract
We could find no study of this condition in Libyan patients, and to assess the role of infection in the occurrence of chalazion, and the necessity of antibiotic therapy, we undertook this preliminary study of all cases of chalazion presenting to our unit in “Great River Eye Hospital” Benghazi, during one year.
