Abstract
Abdominal calcified masses were shown by X-ray to be scattered in relation to the large intestine. These masses were found to consist of relatively hard shell and a core of calcium, carbonate and phosphate; is felt that these are hydatid cysts which ceased growth and slowly calcified.
