Amyloidosis in Waldenstrom’s Macroglobulinemia

Abstract

Waldenstroms macroglouinemia is common in males with age (median 64years). IgM in macroglobulinemia has specifity for myelin-associated glycoprotein and some patient develop neuropathy before the appearance of the neoplasm.
