Abstract
A rare case of tonsillolith diagnosed at the E.N. T. department of INAS out-clinic, Benghazi, is reported here. The tonsillolith is unusual because of its large size, the way it ruptured through the plica triangularis and the difficulties it presented in its diagnosis.
