Abstract
A 24-year-old woman para 1+0 with a history of secondary infertility for 6 years presented with mild cramping lower abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding. She had a twin pregnancy at 18 weeks that was achieved with clomophene citrate. Examination revealed dialated cervix (3-4 cm) and in view of her past history and strong patient’s desire a cerclage is done for her.
