Abstract
An elderly primigravida Libyan lady who is 38years old, got pregnant by IVF after 10 years of marriage and 4 four attempt s of the IVF.
She gave birth to twin female, one of them is Down syndrome.
The report discuss the occurrence of down disease and maternal age and its relation with IVF.
