Abstract

Snake poison gives different symptoms in humans. Emergency therapy (polyvalent serum, antihistaminics, corticosteroids and the similar) ensured favourable outcome. In our three patients, there were specific features in the clinical picture. They were disoriented, excited and tense; optical hallucinations and illusions were present in all. There was neurological finding which varied from case to case. Administered therapy and management resulted in complete cure of all. All patients werer from Azelet.
