Abstract
A case of congenital Atlanto-axial subluxation successfully treated by occipito-axial fusion is reported here.
Atlanto-axial subluxation due to vertebral anomaly is rare. They usually present late in childhood with some nuerological manifestation since it may be silent for many years.
