Abstract
Scleroderma is a chronic disease of the connective tissue and is characterized by inflammation, degeneration and fibrosis. The involvement of specific system varies widely. Recently a variant of scleroderma, known as CRSTsyndrome has been described by Winterbauer in 1964. Patients with this syndrome have cutaneous calcinosis, Raynaud’s phenomenon, sclerodactyly and telangiectasia. The involvement of other organs except GJ. system is uncommon. The present paper describes a case with CRST syndrome in which no systemic involvement could be detected.
