Abstract
A woman aged 32 years had a nodular vulval swelling of 5 x 3 cms. which recurred one year after excision. Histological diagnosis showed features of Dermato-fibrosarcoma protuberans. Few cases of this tumor, which is locally invasive, have been described on vulva.
