Abstract

A 50 years old hypertensive female presented with severe pain in the upper abodomen and vomiting. X-ray showed huge irregular Parahilar mass in the right midchest which was not pulsatile. CAT Scan strengthened the suspicion of aneurysm. It was later confirmed by aortography. Control of hypertension brought prompt relief from pain.
