Abstract

We report an 18 years old Libyan lady with a five years history of multiple tender, infiltrated, and hyperhidrotic erythematous papules and blue-purple plaques variable in sizes scattered on the middle aspect of the planter surface of the right foot. The lesion started as small papule, which gradually increased in size, multiple new lesions developed later. Dermatohistopathological examination of a skin biopsy demonstrates increased numbers of hyperplastic eccrine glands in association with increased numbers of collapsed and dilated blood vessels in the dermis.
