Abstract
The new El-Fatah Childrens’ Hospital includes an up-to-date milk kitchen with sophisticated equipment for preparing and pasteurizing the artificial feeds for infants.
The quality control methods before production started are outlined and the need for a milk supply free from pathogenic bacteria is discussed.
