Abstract
A case of unsual enlargement of the median nerve, presenting with a mass in the lower forearm and palm with a histological picture of fatty and fibrous proliferation of the epineurium and endoneurium, is described. Despite the size of the enlargement, this is essentially a benign lesion with slow progress.
