Abstract
We report here, retrospectively, the clinical and serological features of three infants who were found to be HIV seropositive at “AlFateh Children’s Hospital” in Benghazi, over the years 1994/1995. The first case was an infant of Ghanaian parents, the second was of unknown parentage, and the third was of parents who were working for sometime In an African country.
