Abstract
The clinical course of a 16-year old Libyan girl with paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia is presented. She had no other evidence of organic heart disease or systemic illness. The literature on this uncommon problem is also briefly discussed along with the recent knowledge about the management of such a case.
