Abstract
Some of the reports which appeared in the last 15 years on drugs and chemicals exerting their influence on intraocular pressure (IOP) have been reviewed. Aqueous humour dynamics and factors maintaining the constancy of normal TOP are discussed. Various antiglaucoma drugs are described according to their mode of action. Compounds causing adverse influence on TOP have also been referred.
