Abstract
Biodegradable osteosynthesis system was used for fixation of maxillary and Zygomatic bone fractures with advantages of providing an adequate Strength to allow facial fracture healing, in this regard; we review our Experience in the management of zeugmatic and maxillary skeletal injuries with Inion restorable plating system.
