Abstract

Ultrasound scanning has proved to be a remarkable diagnostic tool in many spheres of medicine. It is place of management of a woman suspected of having a pelvic mass is to provide a diagnosis, to determine the origin of organ of the mass and to find out whether this mass is benign or malignant.
