Abstract

Lower respiratory tract papillomatosis (LRTP) is a rare benign tumor of trachea and bronchi. The various therapeutic interventions are often unsuccessful. Among them only laser therapy has been successful in eradicating LRTP in few case reports. We present four cases of extensive LRTP treated with (Nd: YAG) laser therapy. We demonstrated complete eradication in one case and an excellent regression in the other three cases.
