Abstract

Objective: We report a case of moyamoya diagnosed by CTA. Methods: We report the case of a39 year old single Libyan female, who presented with recurrent transient ischemic attacks (TIAs) . Neurological examination within normal. CTA was done and confirmed the diagnosis of moya moya. Conclusion: Ability of CTA to show the intracranial vessels in the arterial phase, clearly and in detail, allows analysis of the vascular pattern seen in cases of moya moya disease.
