Abstract

A case of T-Cell acute lymph oblastic leukaemia, with central nervous system involvement at diagnosis, that was induced to remission with aggressive chemotherapy along with cranial irradiation, but developed blindness in the left eye due to optic atrophy during the maintenance phase, is presented, with a review of literature.
