Abstract
novel tricyclic compound (TI) has been pharmacologically investigated. It appears to have approximately similar molecular dimensions as that of stilboestrol. During screening it revealed a marked activity towards potentiating stilboestrol at a very low dose. It is expected that this compound may cut down the side effects associated with a high dosage of oestrogen therapy.
