Abstract

A psychiatrist during his clinical practice deals with many cases of Schizophrenic illness. It is however very rare to encounter cases with primary delusions (pathognomonic sign). In this study two such patients admitted to the Gwarsha Hospital, a teaching unit of the Faculty of Medicine in Benghazi, are discussed as they evoked academic interest.
