Primary hyperparathyroidism presenting with advanced bone disease

Abstract

Most patients with PHPT present with asymptomatic hypercalcaemia (80%), 20% of cases during the course of the disease develop nephrolithiasis. This case was presented with fracture neck of femur, and suffered fracture shaft of femur.
