Abstract
A case of anterior urethral polypi prolapsing through penile hypospadias is reported. Polypi in anterior urethra, as compared to those of posterior urethra, are rare. A still rare occurrence is their prolapse through penile hypospadias. Histologically, our case simulated polypoidal urethritis but wit hout any inf kzmmato,y reaction. We presume that it might well have been a sequel of polypoidal urethritis.
