Abstract
Schwannoma ( neurilemmoma ) is a benign tumour of the nerve sheath, which includes neurilemmoma and neurofibroma. Schwannoma of the larynx is rare. We present a 37 year old female Libyan patient diagnosed histopathologically after direct laryngoscopic biopsy. Following the biopsy the mass was excised. This case is presented being rare, and is discussed through literature review.
