Abstract
A 28-year old female presented with two episodes of paraplegia related to pregnancy and the post-partum period. Myelography revealed an arleriovenous malformation at the lumbo-dorsal region. The pathogenesis, clinical course, and treatment of spinal arteriovenous malformation are discussed.
