Abstract

Basal cell carcinoma (BCC) is the most common cutaneous malignancy, typically appear on sun-exposed skin, slow growing, and rarely metastasize, significant local destruction and even disfigurement if untreated. In this study the majority of the lesion was on the dorsum and the ala of nose. Ulcerative lesions seen in 37 (63.8%) and histological type was nodular BCC in 33 (56.9%) of the patients. Surgical margins free of tumour in 94.8% of the cases.
