Abstract
A case of a disorganised knee with intra-articular bony ankylosis in flexion, genuvalgum and external rotation is described. The deformities were corrected by distalfemoral and proximal tibial Osteotomies. The operative procedures, post operative complications, the end result of treatment and follow up are discussed.
