Abstract
Two cases of Traumatic Rupture of Diaphragm admitted on the same day are reviewed as examples of rare complication following thoracic and abdominal injuries encountered in road traffic accidents in Benghazi. Prompt diagnosis is essential for surgical repair of the rent in the diaphragm. Both patients were operated upon and discharged in good health.
