Abstract
Obstetrical birth palsy has been recognized since the late 19th century, although some controversy has existed until recently. Modern in which operative exploration has been carried out have confirmed the pathology. This review discuss the aetiology, clinical presentation, the indication for early surgery and surgical technique, the secondary surgery, and prognosis .
