Abstract
Sixty-nine patients with true and pseudohermaphroditism were ascertained by a multispeciality team during the period from 1979-1988. They were categorized into 3 groups: (1) True hermaphorditism and mixed gonadal dysgenesis, (2) Female pseudohermaphroditism, and (3) Male pseudohermaphroditism. The study emphasises the importance of early diagnosis particularly of the female pseudohermaphroditism.
