Abstract
Tuberculosis mastitis is a rare condition, in spite of its rarity, it possesses a challenge in it’s diagnosis. It usually affects women in the reproductive age group, due to many factors: lactation, trauma, infection and the physiological changes which occur during pregnancy. It is either primary, which is very rare or secondary, which is the most common type. We report a case of primary Tuberculous mastitis involving the right breast in a woman aged 28 years which was confirmed by histopathology .
