Abstract
The “tie over-dressing” is commonly used in plastic and hand surgical practice. Another simple and effective method of this established technique is described.
The advantage of this technique includes the saving of operating time, uniform pressure over the graft and the possibility of removing and replacing the foam if an early inspection of the graft is desired.
