Abstract

During the period from November 1998 to September 2000, 13 patient of 21 patient of Venogenic impotence operated which represent 21/151 patients attend O.P.D. impotence clinic. The patient ages were from 36 to 80 years. Diagnosis suspected by history and papaverin test , cavernosogram done by using papaverine 60 mg intracavernosal, applying tourniquet at the base of penis and intracavernnous injection of 60 ml contrast. X-ray was taken pre and post release of tourniquet, the finding was caverno-venous leak (CVL) noted in deep dorsal vein (DDV)in 4 cases, corporo spongiosal shunt in 2cases, DDV and cavernous vein in 4 cases, DDV crural vein in 2 cases and DDV with concomitant arterial cause was noted in 1 case by Doppler.
