Abstract

Sex is primarily determined at the moment the ovum is fertilized, determined by the type of sex chromosome supplied by the spermatozoon. In the female, the two sex chromosomes are similar XX, while in the male they are dissimilar XY.
Here a case phenotypically female possessing Testes as gonads is described.
