Abstract
A 37 years old Libyan lady who is G6 P5 A1 admitted at term to hospital, delivery was conducted by elective C. section because of previous c/s. her pregnancy was booked and she received regular antenatal care. Twins were diagnosis early in pregnancy by u/s scan. The gave birth to a dicephalic conjoined female twins. On examination the twins have one body and two normal heads, the twins deteriorate and expired at age of six week.
