Abstract
The clinical pattern of vitiligo in 340 patients is presented. Females were slightly more frequently affected than males and most of the patients were in their first and second decade. The mean age of males (20.60) teas about 2 times bigger than that of females (18.59). Familial occurrence was recorded in 10.88% of the cases. The generalized varietv of vitiligo was the commonest type observed. Factors determining the prognosis and association with other autoimmune disorders are discussed.
