Abstract
Cerebellar haemorrhage is not very common in medical practice. Most often it is a vascular insult in a hypertensive or a spontaneous leak in a pre-existing vascular malformation. Surgical intervention is the treatment of choice and spontaneous recovery with or without medical management is extremely rare. We report a case of cerebellar haemorrhage who had a complete recovery following medical management only.
