Abstract

A case of severe iron deficiency anemia with occult gastrointestinal bleeding, epistaxis, and mucocutaneous telangiectatic lesions tical of hereditary hemo&zagic telangiectasia, in a Libyan patient seen recently at the 7th April Hospital, Benghazi, is described.
