Abstract
A 9 year old female patient presented with headache. Physical examination showed, no neurological defecit, no features of raised intracranial tension, normal blood pressure and no family history of diabetes. MRI scanning of the head showed a homogenous hyperintense lesion on T1WI , T2 WI, flair at the pericallosal region, while extended to the dorsum of the corpus callosum with partial hypoplasia of the splenium of the corpus callosum, no intralesional flow voids were noted .
