Abstract
Research misconduct is considered as a major factor which jeopardizes the reputation of medical researcher and organization contributing in researches and this may negatively affect the advancement of medical knowledge. In this article we summarized fraud definition, causes and systemic approach to detect deceit and means to prevent.
