Abstract
Pachydermoperiostosis is a rare disorder. We report a case of pachydermoperiostosis in a twenty eight year old male patient who presented to us with arthritis of both knee joints. By examination, we found that he had coarse facial features, clubbing of fingers and toes and cylindrical thickening of the forearms and legs. The diagnosis of the pachydermoperiostosis was made and we refered the patient to the radiotherapy department for radiosynoviorthesis as possibly a new option of treatment for this case.
Keywords: Pachydermoperiostosis, Primary hypertrophic osteoarthropathy.
